Join us on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45am or 12-1pm for meaningful conversations, biblical teaching, and authentic relationships. Come as you are. Bring your questions, experiences, and perspectives as we explore together.

Part 1- The Danger of Mammon: You Cannot Serve God and Money
Jesus named only one rival to God. Not politics, not pleasure, not power in general, but mammon. This is such a serious competitor that Jesus talks about it in a way that should make us ponder.

Part 2- Contentment in the Age of Mammon
Contentment is a spiritual opposite of mammon. Mammon is the relentless pursuit of wealth and material gain, the evil whisper that promises abundance without dependence on God. Its message is simple: peace, joy, and happiness are only found when you have “enough,” and you do not have enough. What you need is more. More money. More success. More comfort. More recognition. More control. We are all impacted, just in different ways.

Part 3- A New Heart for Our Resources: Radical Generosity
There is more than one antidote to mammon, but radical generosity may be the most powerful, because it sits directly against the lies mammon plants in our hearts. And God calls us to give not out of compulsion, but with joyful hearts.
